What does it mean to share the love? We invited commuters to participate in our RFTA SHARE THE LOVE photo contest all this week via social media using the hashtag #iloverfta. We live in a beautiful area, so why not share?
This contest was held through social media. The objective for participants was to snap pictures during their RFTA commute and share with us. The rider with the most creative, fun loving photo was awarded a $20 bus pass. We gave out one pass every day for a week and a grand prize RFTA swag bag with a $20 bus pass.
Overall we had quite a few submissions and some lucky winners! Here is a selection of the pictures that riders shared with us on their daily commutes.

Our new VelociRFTA stations are equipped with Ticket Vending Machines. This allows the riders to have the availability of purchasing bus fare at a convenient price and location. This machine lets you purchase different types of fare cards at any time. This rider sure is sharing the love!
RFTA’s busiest route travels from Glenwood Springs to Aspen, 40+ miles of picturesque mountains and rolling hills. When our commuters use public transportation, they get a chance to really admire the scenic views in the valley.
RFTA communicates with over 5,000 people every week via our social media efforts. We use it to increase rider interaction, create fan base, inform the public on local events, service changes, construction updates, engage conversation between us and our riders and build brand awareness.
We would like to thank all of our riders that entered the contest! If you would like to check out the rest of the photo submissions and captions please visit us on social media!
